Licence Grant

When you purchase WXR-700, Samedi Dimanche grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the plugin on up to two (2) computers that you own or control, for commercial or non-commercial music production purposes.

You do not acquire ownership of the software itself — only the right to use it under these terms. Audio output you create using the software is yours to use, distribute, and monetise without restriction.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or share the WXR-700 installer or any of its files with any third party. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the plugin. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding included in the software.

Disclaimer of Warranty

WXR-700 is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Samedi Dimanche does not warrant that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system configuration.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samedi Dimanche shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use WXR-700. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the licence.

Updates and Changes

Samedi Dimanche may release updates to WXR-700 at its discretion. These terms apply to all versions unless superseded by updated terms accompanying a future release. Samedi Dimanche reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the plugin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are not satisfied with WXR-700 for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked. To request a refund, email us with your order reference or the email address used at checkout.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method through our payment processor and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

After 14 Days

Refund requests received more than 14 days after purchase will be considered at the discretion of Samedi Dimanche. We will do our best to resolve any issues with the plugin before a refund is necessary — please contact support and describe the problem so we can help.

Because WXR-700 is a digital download product, we are unable to verify whether the software has been deleted after a refund is issued. By requesting a refund, you agree to remove all copies of the plugin from your systems.
